FASHION SUBMISSIONS GUIDELINES

Solis Magazine is seeking high-end fashion and beauty editorial submissions for our print and digital publications. We focus on current luxury trends and trend-setting styles. Submissions should include:

• At least 8 images
• Multiple outfits and high-end luxury designers/brands
• Male and female models are welcome
• Editorial costs are at the photographer’s own expense (we do not pay for editorials or expenses)

Submission Requirements:

• Full team credits (photographer, hair, makeup, stylist, assistants, etc.)
• Agency representation (if applicable)
• Clothing, shoe, and accessory credits in the format: “Jacket by NAME; shirt and pants by NAME; shoes by NAME”
• Low-resolution images attached or embedded in the initial submission email
• Clear and correct contact information

Selection Process:

• We only respond to accepted submissions
• If you don’t hear back within two weeks, your submission was not accepted
• If accepted, you’ll receive an email and must send high-resolution images within 48 hours to complete the submission process

Note:

• We are on point or ahead one season (current or upcoming season only)
• No simultaneous submissions, please
• Patiently wait for our response, as we receive a large volume of submissions

• High-resolution images (300 DPI): 10-15 images
• Low-resolution images (1000 x 1500px): include for initial submission

Please email us at Solismagazine@gmail.com for a pull letter request and attach a recommendation from someone who was already published with SOLIS MAGAZINE in print (it can be a photographer, stylist or hair stylist).
