Introduction:
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Solis Magazine, employers submitting jobs, and candidates applying for jobs through our platform. By using our job board, employers and candidates agree to be bound by these Terms.
Employer Terms:
- Job Posting Requirements: Employers must provide accurate and complete job descriptions, including job title, duties, requirements, and compensation.
- Job Posting Content: Employers are responsible for ensuring their job postings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Payment Terms: Employers agree to pay all applicable fees for job postings, and payment must be made in accordance with our payment terms.
- Candidate Selection: Employers are responsible for selecting candidates and making hiring decisions.
- Intellectual Property: Employers own the intellectual property rights to their job postings.
Candidate Terms:
- Application Requirements: Candidates must provide accurate and complete information when applying for jobs.
- Application Content: Candidates are responsible for ensuring their application materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Confidentiality: Candidates must keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information received during the application or hiring process.
- Professionalism: Candidates agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully when interacting with employers and Solis Magazine staff.
Solis Magazine Responsibilities:
- Job Board Maintenance: Solis Magazine will maintain the job board and ensure it is accessible to employers and candidates.
- Customer Support: Solis Magazine will provide customer support to employers and candidates.
- Content Moderation: Solis Magazine reserves the right to moderate job postings and application materials to ensure compliance with these Terms.
Liability and Indemnification:
- Liability: Solis Magazine is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from job postings, applications, or hiring decisions.
- Indemnification: Employers and candidates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solis Magazine, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities.
Termination:
- Termination by Solis Magazine: Solis Magazine reserves the right to terminate or suspend job postings, applications, or user accounts at any time.
- Termination by Employers or Candidates: Employers and candidates may terminate their job postings or applications at any time.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through [dispute resolution process].
Changes to Terms:
Solis Magazine reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Employers and candidates will be notified of any changes.
