Actor Reg E. Cathey, who played Freddy on “House of Cards” and appeared in “The Wire,” has died. He was 59 and had reportedly been battling cancer.
Netflix debuted its third season of “House of Cards” on February 27 and although it differs from the first two seasons, it still delivers to bring us 13-episodes of quality entertainment.
