There’s nothing more beautiful, than the sunset of the summer, the shadows of the green bamboo, spread amongst the glow of the sun onto the model, creating a mysterious mood in this editorial!

This location, allowed me to create a sense of mystery in each photo, allowing me to experiment with light and shadows, highlighting the beautiful features of the model. The red rustic walls and bamboo gave off a sense of zen and relaxation.

The clothing provided, which was a white yarn bralette and white wide-leg pants, gave off the great contrast between the skin tone of the model and the shadows entering from the bamboo. We decided on a very natural makeup look, which included a nude lip, bold brows and cocoa blush to the cheekbones.

For the second look, we decided on a very dramatic pattern to compliment the rust-colored walls, a subtle highlight and contour added depth and warmth to the face, creating a sun-kissed glow. The hair for both looks was styled, tapered and sleek allowing full focus to the face.
