Madralynn has worked with Karen numerous times over the past 4 years. And not only models for Otter Love Photography but, has become a good friend as well. We often get together with a few other models/friends at Madralynn’s house to get ready and then head out to shoot. Karen has a look that stands out and she is gorgeous inside and out. Madralynn wanted a hippie/boho kind of vibe to this shoot. Add a couple smoke bomb to the mix and you have a wonderful Sunday afternoon shooting with friends. After the shoot, we headed back to Madralynn’s house to have her amazing shrimp tacos and enjoy the rest of our Sunday.

This series of images is part of a group shoot with two other models. Madralynn thinks doing both individual and groups session help people become more relaxed and allows them to learn from one another. Madralynn believes each one of them comes to the table (photography session) with something to offer. Reno is filled with models that is why 4 years ago Madralynn created Otter Love Photography – Creating Art. A group specially for model and HMUA (hair and makeup artist). So, there is a safe place to come and express themselves. Everyone has their own look and being able to make that person comfortable in front of the camera is Madralynn’s job. Karen and Madralynn have worked together on numerous projects over the past few years and have some amazing shoots planned for 2018.

Madralynn Haye creates breathtaking creative, fashion, family, and much more images. She has a keen eye for details and using the available light to create stunning images. You won’t find here inside four walls. She believes the earth is her backdrop and can use what Mother Nature has given us to her advantage. You will find her outside within the trees, in a lake, or standing knee deep in mud to capture the perfect shot. Always searching for the perfect light and locations to give her models and clients something special. Madralynn is inspired by the sound of the wind, the smell of fresh air on a rainy day, and endless possibilities that Mother Nature holds, and the people she shares her passion with.

She is far from your typical family portrait photographer as she shares her dreams and friendships with her models and clients. You will often find her with a model or a client spending the day shooting at different locations, having coffee, or dinner, and creating art. She is intent on stepping out of the box to give the viewer something different and providing her clients with superb imagery.

Otter Love Photography is located in the heart of Nevada and available to travel worldwide. Madralynn obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Photography from The Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. Her journey in photography didn’t start there, it started back when she was around 8 and got her first camera, she later took photography in high school. Then life got busy with babies and her legal career. In 2006 she picked up a camera again and was photographing wildlife. She is enrolled in AAU in 2009 and opened her business Otter Love Photography that year as well. When she moved to Nevada in 2013 she started to photograph people. She soon began incorporating them and Mother Nature together and that is the magic behind the art she creates today.
