The color of Christmas holidays and all winter season in general – is gold for Tatsiana. “Add some sparks to your wardrobe and to your mood as well, and never be afraid to mix gold with burgundy or olive or beige,” says Tanya.
Tatsiana Berting, or just Tanya for short for all her friends, is originally from Belarus (Eastern Europe) and recently moved to New York City in order to achieve her goal and become a professional commercial curve/plus-size model. Tanya also shared her passion for gold color:
“Almost all natural (and not only natural *laughs*) blonds have a complex when it comes to wearing gold, don’t you? If you’re afraid of looking washed-out just try to choose a metallic gold or just a few shades lighter or darker than your hair color – and you will look awesome! Be sparkling like a star! Just remember! Eyes are attracted to shiny objects always – so please keep gold color away from problem areas of your body. And that’s it! Shine! *laughs* “
And yes, Tanya’s absolutely right. This season mixing metallic touches, spicy mustard Pantone 14-0952) and warm taupe (check Pantone 16-1318) is more than just a great idea! Metallic gold and bronze can assuredly be included in the best winter 2016 – 2017 color trends. We can find gorgeous pantsuit derived at Roberto Cavalli, a metallic skirt suit and a fabulous dress at Chanel, a super gold mirror-like slip dress at Cushnie et Ochs and a range of golden teasers at Off-White! It’s also impossible not to add that golden shades are also popular with hair stylists this winter – white honey hair color and rose gold blonde. Warm colors give us energy and brighten our mood on winter days. That’s why caramel and honey blonde hues are very welcome this season! You may want to try a rosewood hue at the roots that blend into the warm strawberry blonde for a cute temperature contrast. Warm and sunny strawberry blonde is going to light the surroundings on cloudy days. From different hues of blonde… silver and rose gold to exotic looks of ombre’s and balayage…! Yay!
